How is the trust and interaction between your team members?

Will they help each other when needed?

Is there an air of – I was not employed to take the rubbish out, or clean those shelves or tidy up the kitchen – that is someone else’s job.

We all respond to validation and praise. We get this by doing the little things that keep the team and business or house hold working more efficiently and respectfully.

Just some little good turn lifts the spirits of the person whose job it is and also your spirits.

In truth we love helping others because of the LIFT it gives us.

Sadly more and more people are becoming selfish and lazy. Their spirits are not lifted and they become more and disruptive and disappointed with their life and blame others.

How many times have you seen somebody walk past a piece of rubbish in a park, a school, a walkway. And too lazy to pick it up and put it in a bin.

If Everybody does something the whole attitude of team, people and community changes,

Here is a story about FOUR people: Everybody, Somebody, Nobody and Anybody

“There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it,

Anybody could have done but Nobody did it

Somebody got angry with that because it was Everybody’s job

Everybody thought Anybody could do it

But Nobody realised that Everybody wouldn’t do it,

It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody

When Nobody did what Anybody could have done.”

Let’s not play the game – It’s NOT my job or Somebody else can do it.
